Shadow of the Colossus was released for PS2 gamers worldwide in 2005 (or 2006 depending on your region) by Team Ico and Japan Studio as an instant classic action adventure title. Serving as an unofficial spiritual sequel to 2001’s Ico, Shadow follows Wander as he attempts to revive Mono, who died years earlier due to disease and trauma. This legendary action adventure offers both thrills and heartache throughout its narrative arc.
Wander embarks upon a quest to track down and kill mythical colossi across an uncharted territory while riding his horse – which at that time seemed similar to Epona from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
