Back when demo discs for older PC, PlayStation and Xbox generations were readily available it was great; unfortunately they have now disappeared completely. Playable demos had increased during PS3 and 360 era storefronts but has decreased considerably now in this generation.

Pill Bug Interactive have now made available for free via Steam an indie simulation/puzzle game called Captain Contraption’s Chocolate Factory demo that could rival Willy Wonka for popularity.

At this writing, Captain Contraption’s Chocolate Factory doesn’t yet have an exact release date but according to Steam it should launch sometime during Q2 2024.
