WHAT IS THE MORGUE LEVER FOR IN BALDUR’S GATE 3?
What’s the Morgue Lever for in BG3? As you navigate Act 2 of Baldur’s Gate 3, If you visit, you’ll see you’ll find the House of Healing. It is a magnificent structure that houses a morgue With an intriguing lever. Its initial inspection does not appear to have an obvious purpose.
But appearances can make a difference. Like many other elements in the vast RPG of Larian Studio, the morgue lever of the BG3 game has a reason to be there. The purpose of the morgue lever will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
Baldur’s Gate 3 House of Healing Morgue Lever
To access the House of Healing morgue, it is necessary to walk over the impressive building’s west side. There’s a paved path guarded by several foes, including Shadows, that you’ll probably have to take out.
Once you have cleared the path to the morgue of BG3, go to the inside. The main corridor is where the group of dormant zombies is waiting. From a first look, they appear to be lying across the floor. But, they have blocked several vents, which emit toxic clouds. Take care when they engage in a fight.
Certain party groups perform better in this scenario. Adding at least one spellcaster who can range to take on the mobs from an extended distance is advisable. Then, you can place items over the vents to neutralize poison. When you’ve re-secured the main hallway of BG3’s morgue, look through the entrance to your left. It’s next to it is a lever that isn’t operational. But it’s not the lever we’re considering.
Continue to the end of the hallway and walk through the entrance to the morgue lab. Inside, a perceptual test will be waiting. If you pass through, you’ll find the morgue lever of Baldur’s Gate 3 tucked away between two tables of stone. The table on the left contains an ounce of Karabasan’s poison.
Initially, using the lever may seem unproductive. Yet, this method subtly allows you to better understand the region. Return to the main hallway and turn the lever near the door to the right after you enter. This lever opens the door to the right,, allowing access to the room beyond. On your left is an easily accessible platform. You could jump over it or using spells, such as Misty Step or Githyanki Psionics, to jump for help.
