We Kill Monsters is the twisted result of Zelda and Elden Ring’s partnership.
What would happen if one combined The Legend of Zelda’s idyllic Hyrule world and Elden Ring’s macabre Lands Between? One developer sought an answer when creating We Kill Monsters.
We Kill Monsters from Glass Revolver’s developers is an action-adventure RPG set in an unknown, vast pit and requires both solo playthrough and co-op for maximum immersive fun. As part of Edinu Husks you must hunt down Angels.
Steam’s official synopsis states: During their search for Heaven they discovered nothing – an idea supported by this error code.
Homunculi are deployed into The Shell as soldiers of Edinu to explore and hunt in its vast pit below their birthplace, the Dying City. With Primordial Fluid flowing freely within The Shell, any hope for its salvation lies solely with Primordial Fluid’s use as its blood supply.”
What follows is an exploration through all layers of the city using various navigation tools to traverse giant structures. Furthermore, survival in its depths requires exploring every corner to gather clothing, food, weapons and other supplies necessary for survival.
Once camp has been set up, playing with friends becomes even more enjoyable. Here, you will have time to craft, trade and even play guitar together before heading out into the darkness for another nightfall adventure! If your own friends can’t come with you on this quest then feel free to team up with fellow Husks on their journey and hunt Angels together; ultimately it is entirely up to you how this journey begins and concludes!
We Kill Monsters has yet to receive a release date, but fans of Elden Ring and The Legend of Zelda should keep an eye out for Annapurna Interactive’s RPG from Annapurna Interactive publishers Annapurna Interactive.
