Diablo 4’s developers are considering a DLC expansion of $100
We’re not going to suppose anything However, we’re sure that many would not be willing to spend $100 on DLC expansions. But, it could exist, since it’s been reported that Diablo 4 developers are considering moving to the next level.
This claim is made by YouTuber Bellular News, who claims to have been provided with a “confidential” Diablo 4 survey in which Blizzard Entertainment quizzed its players on how much they’d feel paying for upgrades that range between $49.99 up to $99.99. Naturally, the cost of 99 cents is the only difference.
Hero skins and seasonal currency as well as other add-ons for the game are mentioned in the study, and both Gamestar+ as well as the Try Hard Guides seem to confirm the existence of four price levels. Blizzard has reportedly stated that the higher price tiers would not only include cosmetic items, but, they also include a companion that “accompanies you in-game, providing some conveniences and utility such as access to your stash or gold pickups”.
Anything that helps make games more fun, specifically with regard to inventory management seems like a great idea. We’re just not sure that we’d pay the price to get access.
As well as a new alliance The survey also stated that the highest tier players will also get early access to a “Unique piece of gear or a Legendary aspect before it’s released during the expansion” It’s a nice perk, and is an excellent bonus.
As with all secret information, it’s best not to take the information with a tsp of salt until the information is officially announced by publishers or developers. It’s all enough to get us into a frenzy as with Grand Theft Auto fans who’ve been “predicting” the GTA 6 trailer’s launch date since the beginning of this year. The speculation can lead to wild claims like a player who thinks GTA VII will be released soon…
However, even if the research proves to be true we don’t think that any Diablo 4 gamers will rush to shell out that amount on an item with early access or an upcoming partner.
