With the date for the game’s January release drawing closer, Bandai Namcohase has taken the initiative of releasing character trailers to increase excitement and showcase the exciting new fighters and actions.

The most recent trailer focuses on Kuma, one of the two legendary bears. The fans have been eager to note that Kuma’s movements and attire closely mirror Heihachi’s. Some make the joke that the character must have had a love for and training Kuma much more than children.

Kuma is armed with several impressive moves that he has developed independently. The nickname is “Master of Salmon.” Kuma is seen holding an eel in a variety of attacks. If he’s not using his razor-sharp teeth to crush opponents’ heads, the players are likely preparing with paw swipes and uppercuts, charges, and paw swipes to cause the most damage.

Although the bear’s movements are quick, his actions far outweigh them by knockback and, likely, pure damage. Kuma’s capability to throw enemies in the air effortlessly will be a favorite among gamers who want to “juggle” their foes through the in the air.

Through Twitter, Tekken fans have been delighted with the announcement. Some find it funny that Kumahas has been present in every Tekken game and has beaten several of the leading players. Agame Fane was extremely happy to hear, “The character designs in this game couldn’t be any better. They knocked it out of the park with almost every design!”

In terms of his character, Kuma’s goal seems to be to win the affection of another legendary Tekken bear Panda. Kuma’s declaration of love is met with a resounding well, but Panda will soon be hit with a vicious hit to the face, slashed by the help of a salmon,n and then blown to pieces by the identical salmon that can change into the form of a scorching missile. Ouch.

Unaffected by the real likelihood that Panda died (or received the ‘ick’) by the blast, Kuma happily declares that his wedding will beat last.’ Our only hope is that all of the Hishachi’s children can control their envy and be good hosts when they get married.
