PlayStation 4’s price is outrageous

Now we know for sure. Sony’s new Marvel’s Spider-Man 2-themed PlayStation 5 has a hefty cost.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated PlayStation releases this year. We have no idea what else is coming. It’s a good thing I hope the rumours about a new PlayStation Showcase is true. Then, on October 20, Miles Morales and Peter Parker will be back. It’s said that the map will be two times as big than that of the original, and we’ll also get to visit many of New York City’s boroughs we haven’t been before. allows players to switch between Miles and Peter while free-roaming, but main missions remain fixed. Last weekend, at the San Diego Comic Con it was revealed that a Spidey-themed PS5 will be released. Now we have a price.

Billbil-kun, a reliable leaker (via dealabs), has leaked the price of this console. It’s a hefty sum. According to reports, the console bundle is expected to be sold for $599 / EUR 659.99. The bundle includes a PS5 with Spidey faceplates and controller, as well as a digital version of the game. Sony has raised the price of its console bundles. Other similar packages have been priced between $530 and $560.

The controller will reportedly be $79.99/EUR79.99. Faceplates are $64.99/EUR64.99. Sony launched the Hogwarts Heritage Controller at this price earlier this year. Faceplates are priced at the same level as the LeBron James version that was announced recently. It’s still a high price for those who want to buy the entire collection.

Also, keep in mind that the bundle includes only a digital copy of the game and not the physical version. Sony is expected to confirm these prices soon. On 28 July, pre-orders for consoles and accessories will be available.
