While announced at the start of 2017, we still do not know when FromSoftware plans on unveiling Elden Ring: Expansion 1.
Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree was announced back in February, yet we still don’t know when or if we can actually play it (unless FromSoftware decides to release it without warning one day!). For those desperate for another Elden Ring fix however there may be hope; players looking for more Elden Ring content have another way.
Elden Ring: The Convergence has just unveiled an incredible, free update packed full of even more content to their amazing mod!
Convergence mod is truly massive and completely overhauls the base game with new weapons, spells, revamped areas and maps, improved visuals, enemies and bosses; making this truly remarkable mod one of my most impressive experiences yet.
Version 1.3 is now available with over 100 bug fixes and the introduction of an all new boss: Godskin Matriarch!
Be warned; Shadow Of The Erdtree just got even better! Be prepared for some comprehensive changes across various aspects – fixes and tweaks as well as new enemy camps, slightly altered maps, tons of weapons being added in addition to many dozens of improvements for spells are all part of what makes up its latest update – with so much riding on Shadow Of The Erdtree at this stage it could only get better and stronger!
FromSoftware recently revealed further official expansions for Shadow Of The Erdtree following Elden Ring’s success; but, hiring modders who made The Convergence possible would surely not be such a bad idea!
